Refund & Cancellation Policy

EzyOptions offers subscription access to a digital software service (₹299 / month or ₹800 / 3 months (as shown at checkout)). This policy explains cancellations and refunds.

1. Free trial

New accounts get a free trial so you can evaluate the Service before paying. We encourage you to use the trial to decide whether EzyOptions is right for you.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

3. Refunds

• Because this is a digital service with immediate access, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started.
• If you were charged in error, charged twice, or could not access the Service due to a fault on our side, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will investigate and, where appropriate, issue a full or pro-rated refund.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days.

4. How to request

Email support@ezyoptions.com from your registered email with your payment reference and the reason. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
