Terms of Service

EzyOptions is an educational analytics tool, not an advisory service. Nothing in the app is a recommendation to buy or sell any security. We are not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser or Research Analyst. All strategies, payoffs, Greeks, backtests and other outputs are model-based estimates for learning and analysis, and may differ from live market prices. Options trading carries a high risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

1. Who we are

EzyOptions ("we", "us", the "Service") provides options-strategy building, analysis, simulation, backtesting and market-information tools at ezyoptions.com. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract in India.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for keeping your login and any connected broker credentials secure.
One account is for one person; do not share, resell or sublicense your access.

3. Not investment advice

The Service is for education and analysis only. We do not provide investment, financial, legal or tax advice, tips, or buy/sell calls, and we are not registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser or Research Analyst. Any decision you make is your own. Past or simulated performance is not indicative of future results.

4. Market data

Where you connect your own broker account, market data is fetched using your broker credentials under your entitlement; we do not redistribute exchange data. Other data (e.g. news feeds) is sourced from third parties and may be delayed, cached or incomplete. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any data, and modelled figures (pricing, Greeks, IV rank, backtest P&L) are estimates.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans (₹299 / month or ₹800 / 3 months (as shown at checkout)) are billed through our payment partner (Razorpay). Listed prices are exclusive of GST (currently 18%), which is added at checkout as required by law.
Access is granted for the paid period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
We may change plan features or pricing prospectively; changes will not affect a period you have already paid for.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: reverse engineer, scrape or overload the Service; attempt to access other users' data; misuse community features (spam, abuse, unlawful or misleading content); or use the Service to breach any law or exchange/broker rule. Community content you publish must be your own and must not be presented as investment advice.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its software and design are owned by EzyOptions. You retain ownership of strategies and content you create; by publishing to community features you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute that content within the Service.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EzyOptions is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any output or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or misuse. On termination, provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. disclaimers, liability limits) continue to apply.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
